Every Special Challenge runs inside the same Bikademy app you already use for the global Challenges on vechain.bike. Track a ride and it counts automatically — only the starting point of the ride has to be in the winning country, wherever the rest of the route takes you.
Whether you ride to work or ride to race, you are competing with people like you.
City commuters and casual riders. Every short trip counts.
Weekend riders and regular cyclists riding for leisure and exercise.
Dedicated cyclists who take their daily riding seriously.
Competitive riders logging serious daily distances.
The reward ladder applies to each of the four categories, separately for women and men. That means eight ranking lists, five rewarded riders on each — and the same chance to finish on top whether you ride 8 km or 80 km a day.
Vote for the host country, ride as you normally do, and compete for $B3TR.
Choose the country where you want the next Bikademy Special Challenge to take place. Voting is open from 6 to 13 August.
After hosting a Challenge, the winning country will be excluded from upcoming voting rounds for a period of time, giving other communities their chance.
When the Challenge begins, simply track your bicycle rides through the Bikademy app. There is no separate registration.
Only the starting point of the ride has to be in the winning country — where the ride takes you afterwards makes no difference.
Cyclists compete in four categories. The five highest-ranked women and five highest-ranked men in each category are rewarded with 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100 $B3TR.
40 rewarded cyclists in every Special Challenge.
The participation rules and anti-fraud mechanisms used for the global Challenges on vechain.bike also apply to every Special Challenge.
Only eligible bicycle rides that start in the winning country during the official Challenge period count toward the leaderboard.
