You can delete your account in the Bikademy app (developer: Bikademy d.o.o.) and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Open the Bikademy app and sign in.
Open the Menu and go to Profile.
Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the address you used to register in the app.
Use the subject "Delete my Bikademy account".
We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account.
Your profile: name, e-mail address, username and profile photo
Your recorded rides, kilometres and statistics
Your Study and Exam check-ins, including photos
Your Challenge results and leaderboard entries
Data we are legally required to keep (for example records needed for accounting or for rewards that were already delivered) is kept only for the period the law requires. Statistics that organisations received for their programmes (such as total kilometres or estimated CO₂ savings) stay only in anonymised, aggregated form that no longer identifies you.
We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm by e-mail when it is done. Deletion is permanent: your rides, rewards progress and leaderboard positions cannot be restored.
