Official Rules
Everything you need to know about joining, riding, and earning rewards in Bikademy Challenges.
01
All registered users join Bikademy Challenges through the app. Once you start riding, you automatically participate – no manual sign-up required.
02
Every ride is tracked via the Bikademy app or connected devices such as Garmin. Only real, GPS-recorded rides count toward the Challenge.
To ensure accurate ride tracking, please disable battery saving for the Bikademy app. Most devices automatically limit GPS tracking to save battery, which can affect your ride accuracy. By turning this off, you allow Bikademy to run smoothly in the background and record your rides precisely.
How to do it:
Open your phone Settings
Go to Apps or App Management
Select Bikademy
Find Battery Optimization or Battery Saver
Set it to No restrictions / Don't optimize
03
You are placed daily into a category based on your total daily distance:
Commuter – 0–10 km
Recreationist – 10–20 km
Enthusiast – 20–60 km
Athlete – 60+ km
You compete only within your category, ensuring fair competition for all types of riders.
04
Minimum one ride distance: 200 meters
Maximum allowed average speed: 37 km/h
Wait for a stable GPS connection before starting your ride
Only rides that meet these conditions are considered valid.
05
Each day you ride contributes to your total performance. More active days means a better ranking and more rewards.
Consistency matters – ride every day.
06
Your rides need to be synced after every ride from your phone to appear in Challenges and be included in your results.
07
If you use Garmin, make sure to sync your rides daily to be included in daily and monthly rewards.
08
Your rides are ranked on a leaderboard within your category. Only approved rides are included in rankings.
09
Monthly rewards – Top riders in each category (female & male) are rewarded.
10
Bikademy ensures fair competition through advanced anti-fraud systems. The following activities are not allowed:
Fake GPS / location spoofing
Mock locations
Emulator usage
Rooted or jailbroken devices
Bikademy Challenges reward real cycling activities and fair participation. If Bikademy notices behavior that appears to manipulate categories, rankings, or rewards (for example, repeatedly tracking only part of a ride or regularly stopping just below a category limit), we reserve the right to review the activity, remove rides, exclude the participant, or withhold rewards.
Ride honestly. Every real ride counts.
Fraudulent rides will be red-flagged in your activity and will not count toward leaderboards or rewards. Violation = disqualification.
11
Only real bike rides count. Motorized or manipulated activity is strictly prohibited.
12
Consistency matters. The more you ride throughout the month, the higher your chances to earn rewards.
The more you ride, the more you earn.
