A little-known green place in eastern part of Zagreb, by the river Sava. There are 12 lakes, mostly as fish ponds. But it is declared in 1991 as Special Zoological Reserve with the only one Zagreb ornithological station.
School groups have often workshops here. Also, it is a place for peace and joy in green, so it’s perfect for cycling.
