❗ In order to further spice up the situation, we decided to conduct this prize quiz via 2 (two) platforms (website and Facebook page) during the specified period.
The quiz ends on Thursday 29.11 at 20:00.
The results will be announced on Saturday, November 30, 2020. at 12:00 ?, and the prize is taken by the three participants who are randomly selected by the Organizer of the knowledge quiz from the group of participants with the most correct answers.
This prize quiz is not sponsored by Facebook.
Rules Contest Quiz
Before participating in the prize quiz, please read the Rules of the contest quiz.
Article 1.
GENERAL
Clarus, Slavonski Brod, OIB: 78054812433 (hereinafter: the Organizer) with these Rules of the contest quiz (hereinafter: the Rules or General Terms) determines the conditions for participation in the contest quiz “Bikademy quiz” (hereinafter: Quiz or prize quiz) and its duration.
The quiz is a prize competition for advertising purposes, organized by the Organizer and the Contractor of the prize quiz referred to in Article 3 of these Rules. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 69, Paragraph 3 of the Gambling Act (OG 87/09, 35/13, 158/13, 41/14, 143/14), this Quiz is not considered a game of chance within the meaning of the above-mentioned Act. .
Article 2
DURATION, ANNOUNCEMENT AND PLACE OF THE QUIZ
The knowledge quiz lasts from and including 19.11.2020. to and including 29.11.2020. year with the possibility of early conclusion. The prize quiz is published on the website https://bikademy.com/quiz/.
The knowledge quiz is conducted for the purpose of promoting products from the sales portfolio of the Organizer, and applies to the entire territory of the European Union.
Article 3
AREA OF PROMOTION
Promotional materials will be available on the Facebook page of the organizer https://www.facebook.com/BikademyApp.
Article 4
ORGANIZER AND PERFORMER OF THE QUIZ

Article 5
QUIZ PARTICIPANTS
Citizens of the Ueropean Union over the age of 16 (sixteen) can participate in the prize quiz. Employees, owners and the management of the Organizer cannot participate in the prize quiz; employees, owners and management of the Contractor and other companies involved in the organization of the prize quiz, as well as their relatives.
Article 6
PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE QUIZ
To participate in the competition, you need to go to the Facebook page of the Organizer of the prize quiz (https://www.facebook.com/BikademyApp) or the website of the Organizer (https://bikademy.com/) and do the following: follow during the week , read the contents of publications marked [BIKADEMY quiz] and fill in the knowledge quiz with as many correct answers as possible. All participants who answer correctly by Thursday 29.11.2020 will be considered. in the evening at 8 p.m. Preference will be given to those competitors who have the maximum number of correct answers.
The Organizer and the Contractor are not responsible for the speed of the Internet connection used by the participant in solving the Knowledge Quiz or for any consequences arising from the quality of the Internet connection or any other difficulties that the participant may have during participation in the Knowledge Quiz. Connected with internet connection.
The term ‘participant’ used in these Rules in the masculine gender also applies to female participants.
Article 7
DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS
In order to ensure fair and honest play, and to avoid the use of illicit bots, fake profiles and similar illicit actions, likes are counted only and exclusively from Croatia, or real profiles of persons who are residents of the Republic of Croatia.
In case of suspicion of illegal actions (including but not limited to the use of the aforementioned bots, fake profiles and profiles of non-residents in the EU), the organizer has the right to declare a winner whom he considers fair and according to the rules of the prize round and break with the BIKADEMY knowledge quiz or postpone it indefinitely.
The Organizer is authorized on the basis of discretion at any time and without explanation to disqualify any participant if he violates the laws in force in the EU or his actions damage the reputation or harm the interests of the Organizer or Contractor. By accepting the Quiz Rules, the Participants completely waive any claims from the Organizer and the Contractor on the basis of compensation for any form of cost or damage that may occur when participating in the Quiz prescribed by these rules.
The organizer is authorized on the basis of discretionary assessment at any time and without explanation to disqualify any participant for whom he finds or justifiably estimates that he uses illicit and / or unethical means to participate in the quiz.
Article 8
REWARD
The total Prize Pool consists of:
Bikademy shirts (3 pcs) worth EUR 100.00 (one hundred euros)
the participant who collected the largest number of “likes” on his comment in a given period of time;
The result of the Quiz is final. An appeal is not possible. The organizer reserves the right to award the prize fund to the first, second, third or third reserve.
